Our investment strategy
Seed4Soft invests at Pre-seed and Seed in French-origin startups in B2B software, AI and Deeptech.
Leading the first rounds
We invest while the round is still being put together. As lead or co-lead, we commit our own capital and help bring in the investors the project needs.
Funding technology that answers a real need
We look for a significant business problem, a clearly identified buyer and technology whose value can be measured. Technical sophistication is not enough if it does not make adoption, retention or revenue growth easier.
Backing a team that can scale
We look at the team's ability to move from first customers to a structured commercial model: a sales cycle they understand, clear responsibilities, priority hires and the potential to grow internationally.
