Managing Director of Capgemini Ventures (Executive VP) since 2019, Lucia spent most of her career at Capgemini (1992–2019) in senior finance and strategy roles (corporate finance and risk management, Group Deputy CFO, Executive Director of Business Platforms). A business lawyer and then consultant early on (Arthur Andersen), she sits on the boards of Bureau Veritas and Dassault Aviation.
