Our members are co-opted for their expertise and complementarity. We are there as soon as a need is identified.

Seed4Soft is a French non-profit association, and that shapes the way we support founders: no legal constraint caps how long we stay invested, so no deadline dictates the tempo. Because our members commit their own capital, our interests are the founders' interests. We stay involved for as long as the company needs us, with guidance that is as demanding as it is supportive, and the frank sharing of what our members have already been through.

Our strategy

Seed4Soft invests in young B2B software startups and, since 2026, more broadly in B2B tech, AI and Deeptech. French companies are favoured, for hands-on support.

The leadership team and the ability to scale internationally are decisive. We invest at Pre-seed and Seed, most often as lead.
