No. Seed4Soft is a French non-profit association (association loi 1901) and a member of the France Angels network: its members invest their own capital, personally, and manage no money on behalf of third parties. The collective reviews, decides and supports together, as lead or co-lead.

We do not publish a range: the amount is built case by case, alongside the other investors in the round. What we do state is the stage, Pre-seed and Seed, and the role we take, lead or co-lead.

Three commitments, and nothing else: an initial answer within 48 hours, your application reviewed within 30 days, an action plan within the 100 days following the investment. Founders then choose their two mentors from several profiles. The detailed processes described in our oldest archives are no longer in force.
