Jean-Noël Grandval

Career

A board member and independent consultant, Jean-Noël advises on tech M&A, an activity he previously ran at Hekla Corporate Finance. An entrepreneur, he co-founded Instranet (1999–2008), sold to Salesforce.com, where he then became VP Sales, after sales-leadership roles at BMC, Business Objects and Oracle.
