Career

Managing Partner at Amala Partners since 2022, Pierre-Yves is a tech M&A specialist. He founded and led the advisory firm AP Management (2005–2022), sold to Amala, and co-founded the early-stage software fund Access2Net, after starting in M&A advisory back in the 1990s (Apax, Euro Fi Conseils).
