Frédéric Halley

Career

President of Seed4Soft since March 2026, Frédéric is also a managing partner of Sonorcap since 2020. He was an Operating Partner at NextWorld Capital (2012–2020) and founder of Tioga Venture (2001–2011). As much an operator as an investor, he was COO of Netsize and General Manager of Pertinence, after starting in consulting (BCG, Accenture); he sits on the boards of several startups (Veesion, Homerez, Vizzia and others).
