Wittyfit, publisher of a SaaS platform that improves team engagement and supports company transformation, announces a first funding round from Seed4Soft.
In practical terms, Wittyfit is the only engagement and management platform designed and built scientifically with a university hospital. Its method of capturing how people feel is reliable and completely anonymous. A genuine decision-support tool, Wittyfit guides companies day to day in their management practices and their change management. Wittyfit makes every employee an actor in their own success and in the company's. A steering tool for management and HR, and a channel of expression for employees, Wittyfit is therefore a unique solution for transforming a company for the long term.
With this capital, Wittyfit intends to launch its operations at scale by growing its marketing and sales teams and by positioning itself actively as a partner to large accounts and mid-caps. That will mean, in particular, launching innovative initiatives on the ground, with partners and digitally. Wittyfit already has a SaaS offering that is operational and used by many large-scale clients such as Botanic, la Française des Jeux and Thales.
