Elevo, a platform to simplify employee follow-up, raises 1 million euros

Elevo, which develops a solution for HR directors, has raised 1 million euros from Seed4Soft and business angels, notably Patrick Bertrand, former CEO of Cegid Group, Gilles Rigal, managing director at Apax Partners, Hervé Couturier, former senior VP at SAP and Amadeus, Nicolas Mondollot, co-founder of Drivy, and also Christophe Primault and Manuel Jaffrin, founders of the SaaS software comparison site GetApp.
Launched in 2017 by Etienne Le Scaon and Thibault Vilon and on the market since 2018, Elevo develops a cloud platform for companies, and for HR teams in particular. The platform is designed to improve how employee follow-up is managed. It lets HR directors digitalise annual reviews and appraisals through a mobile interface, simplify the continuous tracking of individual and team objectives, and offer feedback.
"We are in the middle of a paradox: companies rush through appraisal interviews, when those represent a tremendous opportunity in terms of management and employer brand," said Etienne Le Scaon and Thibault Vilon. For the Paris startup this funding round is the opportunity to accelerate its growth and bring its solution to a wider range of companies.
