Seed4Soft announces an investment in Elevo, to reinvent performance reviews and talent management

Paris, 25 June 2018 – Seed4Soft invests in Elevo, leader of a new generation of talent management solutions.

Elevo aims to revolutionise the market for HR solutions, as CEO Etienne Le Scaon explains: "We want to create a new benchmark player in Europe. Far from an 'all-in-one' software approach centred on administrative processes, we are set on putting the employee back at the centre of company strategy. Elevo is built for employees and managers, so that they can flourish and grow."

Beyond the quality of the people, much of the excellence of Google's teams comes from its management processes and HR tools. Elevo draws on that, while adapting to each organisation's culture," adds Thibault Vilon, co-founder.

More precisely, Elevo lets its clients:

• move on from the model of a single annual review, now outdated

• create a culture of transparent, constructive feedback

• encourage regular check-ins between managers and employees

• align individual objectives with team and company strategy

• improve HR decision-making, based on reliable indicators

Launched less than a year ago, the Elevo platform is already used by companies such as Chauffeur Privé, MeilleursAgents, Greenflex, Converteo and Younited Credit, which entrust it with key subjects: better tracking, engaging and developing their people.
