Cegid announces the acquisition of the startup Wittyfit
The Wittyfit platform rounds out Cegid's talent management offering, Cegid Talentsoft, letting HR leaders at mid-sized and large companies offer a new employee experience in the service of lasting performance
Paris, 8 June 2022 – Cegid, a leader in cloud management solutions for human resources professionals (payroll, talent management), finance roles (ERP, treasury, tax), accountancy practices, retail and entrepreneurship, announces the acquisition of Wittyfit, a French company founded in 2014, headquartered in Paris and employing around twenty people.
Wittyfit lets organisations measure, analyse and act on job satisfaction, engagement and employee follow-up in order to steer collective performance, all from a single SaaS platform.
Cegid supports the transformation of the world of work by simplifying processes and letting HR teams devote most of their time to their professional expertise. The Wittyfit platform therefore rounds out Cegid's HCM portfolio, including Cegid Talentsoft talent management. By capturing the feelings brought on by new working conditions such as remote work, flex office, mobile working and the outsourcing of certain functions, HR departments and managers can understand and act on the levers affecting human capital that durably improve company performance. Wittyfit is used by employees, to answer surveys confidentially and put forward suggestions; by managers, to turn ideas into concrete actions and track them; and by HR departments, to collect KPIs, run analyses and steer collective performance. Plug and play, Wittyfit already counts 120,000 users, among them Cegid's own teams, who are among its clients and will continue to use the solution. "A genuine management dashboard, Wittyfit was the very first platform in France able to measure job satisfaction in real time. Today it is a leading solution for steering human factors within companies," says Pascal Houillon, CEO of Cegid. "With the acquisition of Wittyfit, Cegid consolidates its investment strategy and its position as a leader in the cloud human resources and talent management market. Our aim is to accelerate Wittyfit's development in France, then very quickly internationally, in Spain in particular." Both co-founders, Thomas Cornet and Samuel Dewavrin, along with the whole Wittyfit team, are joining Cegid and its HCM business unit under the leadership of Marc Bruzzo.
